Good system, slow support response
I bought the U1-W Space-Saving 4-in-1 Water Filter System a few weeks ago. Ordering was straightforward on their site, and it shipped within a couple of days. Delivery took about 8 days to reach my home in Florida, which was a little longer than I expected but not terrible. The installation instructions for the U1-W were fairly clear, and I managed to get it set up myself. Water quality seems much better already, with no noticeable taste or odor. I had a question about replacing the filters down the line and sent an email to support, but it took them nearly 4 days to get back to me. The answer was helpful once I got it, but the wait was a bit frustrating. Overall, a solid product, but customer service could be quicker.
